No — they're two separate events on the same day. LUX J'Ouvert is the pre-dawn paint & powder experience ($650 TTD). Blackout is the LED Night Mas after dark ($500 TTD). You can register for one or both — separate registration forms for each.
We're running Lux debut year with zero payment-processor fees so the money goes straight into the experience. Reserve online, pay your rep in cash at a collection point. We'll move to card payments in later years.
The minute you submit the reservation form, you get a Reservation ID. That ID holds your size, package, and spot for 7 days while you arrange cash payment with your rep. Once your rep confirms payment, you get a proof-of-purchase email — that's your official receipt.
Yes — speak to your band rep. We support a 3-payment plan: deposit to hold, mid-payment, and final before launch. Your Reservation ID stays the same, status just updates as each installment comes in.
All packages are pre-made based on what you select on the registration form — colors, sizes, monokini styles. Once production is done, exchanges aren't possible. Take your time with sizing before submitting.
Your assigned rep will reach out within 24 hours of your reservation with collection point options — usually a mix of band-launch events, scheduled meet-ups, and by appointment in San Fernando, POS, or Chaguanas.
Full refund up to 30 days before Carnival Monday. 50% refund between 30 and 14 days. Within 14 days no refund, but your package is transferable — bring a friend in your place and we'll update the name.
We have private security. Waterproof phone case in the J'Ouvert kit so nothing gets destroyed. Route is pre-cleared with TTPS. Your emergency contact goes in the system the moment you reserve.
